NKA Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement
Per NKA rules a legal guardian (not your mechanic, not your friend’s mom, not your cousin twice removed, not an older sibling, etc.) must sign the minor waiver. If your legal guardian is unable to attend the event you must print the waiver out in color, have it signed by your legal guardian, notarized, and returned to CKT in color before being allowed to participate. This process must be completed for each event/round. Notarized waivers must be presented to registration if your legal guardian will not be in attendance.

Pre-Tech Certification
All competitors are required to complete and turn in the Pre-Tech Certification form prior to Qualifying on Race Day. Copies are available at registration during the race event.

Penalty Protest
The competitor has the right to protest the penalty decisions in accordance with NKA 10.10.1 and Colorado Karting Tour procedures. Protest Fee of $200 is to be paid in cash when the protest is submitted.
